| Lauryn Estrella Executive Director Lauryn Estrella has been in the home medical equipment industry for over 10 years with a background in management and administration. In 2014, she began working for the Home Medical Equipment and Services Association of New England (HOMES) for six years before branching out to assist other HME state associations. In 2020, Lauryn brought her gained experience to actively support and assist other home medical equipment associations across the country in various capacities, including event planning, database management, website design, and more. Lauryn Estrella has been the Executive Director at the Texas Medical Equipment Providers Association (TexMEP) since 2021 and returned to the HOMES team in 2024 as Director of Membership Outreach and promoted to Executive Director in January of 2025. |
